About Troesser & Co.Troesser & Co. is a global business management consulting firm operating across multiple industries and countries.We intervene during critical moments to help companies make strategic decisions and drive meaningful change.Beyond our consulting role, our leaders take on interim management positions to implement sustainable solutions with significant long-term impact.Our services include business transformation, value enhancement, transaction management, restructuring, and addressing compliance and fraud issues.About the RoleWe're looking for aSenior HR Business Partnerwho thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.You should be able to move easily between strategic HR advisory work and hands-on execution.You should also enjoy working closely with leadership in an international setting.You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with consultants and business units to understand HR needs and align initiatives.Participate in workforce and location strategies.Act as theprimary HR contact, providing guidance to employees and managers.Lead recruitment processes by collaborating with hiring managers to ensure we select the right talent for the right roles.Manage and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure the smooth integration of new hires.Oversee performance management processes and support managers and employees in setting and achieving development goals.Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.Partner with managers to develop training and development programs that support career growth.Deliver operational excellence by providing hands-on support across core HR processes to ensure smooth execution and practical solutions:Handle payroll providers and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing;Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and regulations, and advise on international labor law matters as applicable;Maintain and update HR policies, processes, and employee documentation.Your ProfileBachelor's degreein Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.StrongHR generalist background, ideally in consulting or professional services.Hands-onapproach: You're equally comfortable shaping HR strategy and handling contracts or onboarding.Strong knowledge ofBrazilian labor law.Knowledge of German, US, or Mexican labor laws is a plus.Experience managing payroll providers across different countries.Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels and cultures.Strongproblem-solving skillsand the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Fluency inPortugueseandEnglish(written and spoken); Spanish or German proficiency is a plus.Proficient in MS Office, especiallyExcelandPowerPoint.What We OfferInternational exposure: Collaborate with colleagues and leadership across countries and multicultural teams.Boutique spirit: Lean structures, strategic influence, and plenty of room for operational ownership.Impactandvisibility: Your work won't get lost in layers of hierarchy.Flexibility to work in ahybridsetup.Competitive compensationpackage.#J-*****-Ljbffr
