What You'll Do Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube).Design smart campaign structures, allocate budgets, and refine audience targeting for maximum ROI.Run creative testing frameworks to boost CTR , CVR, and LTV.Analyze daily performance data to make actionable, real-time optimizations that scale profitably.Partner with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to build cohesive, conversion-driven campaigns.Stay ahead of platform changes, privacy shifts, and emerging tools to keep your accounts performing at their peak.? What We're Looking For 3–4+ years managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce brands .Proven success scaling large Meta budgets ($50K–$500K+/mo).Deep understanding of funnel strategy , audience segmentation, and remarketing.Strong grasp of key metrics: ROAS, CPA, MER, CTR , CVR, LTV.Proficiency with Google Analytics , Tag Manager, Shopify , and attribution tracking.Excellent written and spoken English for reporting and client-facing strategy calls.?? Bonus Points Experience with U.S.-based eCommerce agencies or brands.Familiarity with TikTok Ads , Pinterest Ads , or Klaviyo.Landing page CRO and post-click optimization experience.??
