Our client is a global company focused on technology market, with strong operations across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.We are looking for an HR Manager to lead day-to-day People & Culture operations in LATAM, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a strong employee experience while supporting local leadership and collaborating closely with global HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.Key responsibilities:Act as the main HR partner for LATAM leadership, providing guidance on labor law, risks, employee relations, and HR strategies aligned with business goals.Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance with Brazilian legislation/CLAs, and continuous process improvement.Manage full-cycle recruitment: job descriptions, requisitions, interviews, offers, onboarding, offboarding, and partnering with hiring managers to define workforce needs.Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, wellness programs, event coordination, and support a people-first, inclusive culture.Work closely with global HR teams, Payroll, and Finance in the headquarter; ensure accurate information flow and coach managers across regions on HR best practices.Requirements:At least 5 years in HR management and 10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in fast-paced or tech-driven environments.Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law with ability to provide recommendations and ensure compliance.Hands-on experience with payroll processes, benefits management, HR systems, and supporting remote/hybrid teams.Bachelor's or Master's in HR or related field; fluency in English (mandatory).#J-*****-Ljbffr
