Job DescriptionWe are seeking a senior software engineering expert to develop analytics dashboard web applications for our industry-leading client.In this role, you will design and develop new capabilities in the client's core data product to support its e-commerce service.The company provides software services and logistics infrastructure to many popular brands, streamlining cross-channel operations and driving growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign solutions to find actionable insights from data and workflow to act on insightsCreate APIs and UIs for a web-based analytics dashboard applicationDeliver high-quality architecturally sound extensible codeParticipate in architecture coding and testing of developed systemsAssess requirements discuss and debate possible solutionsTroubleshoot to find and fix bugsWrite unit testing (TDD & BDD) and ensure good code coverageRequired Experience and SkillsExcellent English communication skills both verbal and written5+ years of professional experience developing software with SQL angular .NET/C#3+ years of AWS or other cloud platform experienceExperience writing 500+ line analytics SQL queriesExtensive experience with angular and typescriptExperience with Node.js especially the Nest.js frameworkBuilt a data dashboard with dynamic tables and chartsFluent in Agile/ScrumDemonstrated ability to work both independently and with a teamTrack record of building professional high-quality and on-time softwareProven delivery experience in a vibrant dynamic startup environmentPreferred QualificationsCI/CD experience with CircleCI Jenkins or similar technologiesHands-on experience with Node.jsWriting efficient SQL queries for big-data databases such as SnowflakeExperience with container-based systems such as Docker and AWS ECSExperience with serverless computing such as AWS LambdaFamiliarity with microservices architectures and DevOpsData management and analytics experience with dbt FiveTran and LookerExperience with e-commerce data or analytics applicationsAbout UsWe are a privately held nearshore software development company providing outsourced development resources to North American companies.Our mission is to offer development talent who enjoy taking on challenging work want to grow their skills and experiences building software and excel in a fast-paced dynamic team environment.
