About Our TeamAt our organization, we leverage smart technologies to revolutionize the real estate industry.Our innovative SaaS solution empowers professionals to close more deals through intelligent messaging, voice, and automation.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team.This visionary will design and implement internal systems, dev tools, and automation that propel our team forward while scaling smarter.The ideal candidate will get excited about clean abstractions, developer productivity, and building tools that enhance everyone's experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement internal DevOps tools and automation systems.Build and maintain configuration management systems across multiple environments.Create simulation/mock environments for third-party API integrations.Develop and optimize Chrome extensions that improve internal workflows.Build internal reporting frameworks for operational and financial data.Create a layered permissions Admin Panel to reduce support load.Implement best-in-class monitoring, logging, and observability.Collaborate with developers, product, and ops to deliver tools that meet business needs.Contribute to the architecture and design of our internal systems and services.Requirements7+ years of professional full stack software engineering experience.2+ years building platform, infrastructure, or internal tools.Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Deep knowledge of TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and SQL.Proven experience with GraphQL APIs, REST, and WebHooks.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Experience creating mock/test environments for external APIs.Strong communicator — able to explain ideas clearly and align with cross-functional teams.You care deeply about developer experience, clean architecture, and high-leverage work.Bonus PointsInfrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).Containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes).Background in SaaS, especially cloud-native architecture.Familiarity with observability stacks (Sentry, Datadog, Prometheus).Experience integrating with CRMs — especially HubSpot.Knowledge of Twilio or similar communication APIs.
