We celebrate not only the diversity of our workforce but also the diverse ways we work.A day in the lifeYou will:Work with teams across Amazon to turn volume forecast inputs into an executable plan output;Interact with stakeholders across the Amazon and First Mile network to ensure Day of Pickup plan execution is optimal;Support leadership with important data analytics to ensure prompt and precise decision-making.Focuses on daily volume planning of equipments and supplies for UTR, in short, medium and long term.Responsible for the inputs and outputs that define SPC's capacities across the network.Works close to the Supply Chain, Procurement and Engineering team, to align SPC capacities and supplies with External Fulfillment needsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalentKnowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)Speak, write, and read fluently in EnglishExperience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniquesExperience in data miningExperience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, warehouse planning, and inventory planning in operations such as the e-commerce industry, manufacturing, and related areasPreferred QualificationsExperience with SQLKnowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodologyExperience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documentOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
