At e Nor Securities , we are a fintech focused on financial infrastructure, digital assets, and regulated products , operating at the intersection of traditional finance and the crypto ecosystem.We work in a highly complex technical and regulatory environment , where engineering decisions have a direct impact on security, scalability, reliability, and operations .Our engineering team works closely with product and business, with technical autonomy, ownership, and a strong focus on long-term sustainable solutions .About the roleWe are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with a strong focus on Rust , at Mid to Senior level , to play a strategic role in the evolution of our backend systems.We seek someone with a software architecture mindset , capable of actively participating in technical decisions, evaluating trade-offs, and contributing to the evolution of our codebase with maturity and long-term vision, in close collaboration with the Tech Lead and engineering team.Beyond feature implementation, this role is key to structuring, scaling, and sustaining the platform as our products grow.Expected profileMid to Senior level5+ years of backend development experienceStrong architectural thinkingComfortable discussing, proposing, and executing technical decisionsHands-on, collaborative, and critical-thinking mindsetTechnical English for reading, writing, and professional communication Required skillsSolid experience with Rust Consistent practice of Test Driven Development (TDD) Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture Ability to analyze and contribute to architectural decisionsExperience or strong interest in fintech, crypto, or financial systems (highly valued) Nice to haveAsync Rust / Tokiog RPC (Tonic)SQLxRedisKafkaDockerKubernetes ResponsibilitiesContribute to backend architectural evolutionImplement solutions aligned with team decisionsPropose improvements in architecture, performance, and qualityEnsure robust, testable, and maintainable codeCollaborate closely with the Tech Lead on technical decisionsSupport ongoing maintenance and evolution of services DifferentialsExperience in regulated environments or critical systemsBackground in high-scale, high-availability, or low-latency systemsPrevious experience in mature engineering teamsSenior engineer mindset with a collaborative and systemic viewI f you enjoy real technical challenges and want to build impactful financial infrastructure, come join e Nor Securities.
