**The Role**

We're looking for Product Manager who will play a critical role in the future of our product organization.
Responsible for product management aligned to one of our product pods, you will lead design and development of a core aspect of Rivalry's (growing) suite of betting and gaming products.
You will collaborate closely with fellow product managers, developers, designers, marketing, compliance, retention, payments and customer support teams to successfully deliver Rivalry's product experience.
**What your days will look like?
**:

- Lead product planning, design and definition of one core Rivalry product suite (pod)
- Lead a cross functional product team of designers, developers & QA
- Lead, define and roadmap, features and requirements for product pod, aligned to business goals
- Responsible for establishing and analyzing success metrics for features released to track uptake and identify opportunities for improvement
- Represent and communicate product pod strategy to key stakeholders
- Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities
- Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog balancing requirements of all stakeholders
- Leverage team members and resources to execute a product roadmap as quickly as possible; iterating on timelines that make sense
- Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results
- Execute and support improvement of Agile processes
- Lead by example and empower others to be effective, process-driven, accountable, and autonomous
- Be responsible for tracking team velocity
- Foster a safe environment for your team where transparency and candid communication is encouraged
- Support QA processes to ensure the product meets goals and quality standards

**What you will bring to the team?
**:

- 5+ years of digital product management / ownership experience
- Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process, user experience and design
- Experience working with agile development teams
- Experience managing and maintaining the product development lifecycle in platforms such as Jira or other similar software
- Experience building and launching products with engineering teams
- Experience and interest in diving deep into data analysis to analyze impact of product changes and support product decision making
- Strong investigation, prioritization, negotiation and organization skills
- Strong and comfortable in working with others remotely
- English fluency
