Manufacturing Engineer Ii

The Manufacturing Engineer II will work on the development and implementation of engineering solutions and processes on the assembly lines of our manufacturing process, contributing to continuous improvement, efficiency, and production safety.Develop, test, and monitor methods and equipment.Implement solutions to make the work environment safer and more efficient.Optimize and standardize industrial processes.Develop and maintain production procedures, including:Sequence of eventsStandard timesLine balancingSafety processesDevice designFactory layoutsTakt timePerform data analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.Participate in the development of new products and processes for assembly, welding, and painting lines.Lead the implementation of process software and changes to production processes.Requirements:Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.Proven experience in process engineering and production optimization.Knowledge of simulation and process modeling software (CREO, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).Experience in creating and maintaining work instructions and layouts.Knowledge of applicable safety standards and regulations.Experience in the metalworking industry (automotive, agricultural machinery, etc.).Analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a team and lead projects.Knowledge of ERP systems (QAD, Protheus, SAP).Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement.Communication and presentation skills, including for multifunctional teams abroad.Advanced English (conversation and writing).Advanced Office package.Experience in project management is desirable.#J-*****-Ljbffr
