**Opis položaja**:
**Kljucne odgovornosti**:
- Develops production plans according to incoming requests, based on available production resources
- Performs requisitions of raw materials and equipment necessary for an adequate manufacturing process
- Performs order opening and launch of production
- Provides continuous production flow
- Responsible for cooperation with other sectors within the company for the efficient performance of activities
- Monitors the status of available production resources and submits a request to fill the vacant capacity
- Control and monitoring of the production process
- Creating reports and monitoring of operational weekly production plans
- Performs other tasks in the planning of the production process, in accordance with knowledge and skills
**Potrebno obrazovanje & kvalifikacije**:
- BSc or MSc degree in related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- MS Office proficient
- Fluent English
- Proactive, well-organized, and result-oriented person
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and accuracy at all levels of the process
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment required
