Join us and lead delivery efforts that shape the region's digital future.Your RoleReview Tender & IFC documents, 2 D drawings, BIM models & asset data in accordance with ISO*****.Identify and resolve conflicting design elements through RFIs, CVIs, and workshops.Oversee civil/infrastructure design deliverables throughout design and construction stages.Support Design Manager in developing key project documentation including Project Execution Plans and QA/QC plans.Coordinate multidisciplinary data and proactively mitigate potential constraints.Prepare and manage RFIs/CVIs ensuring clarity and timely responses.Assist in subcontractor coordination, reviewing shop drawings, and ensuring compliance with specifications.Track drawing delivery schedules and support timely document submittals.Liaise with planning teams to update working programmes and address technical queries from site.Support temporary works design including tower cranes, hoists, and formwork systems.Contribute to value engineering initiatives and manage as-built/redline drawing processes.What We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 3 years' experience in a Technical Engineer or similar role within the construction industry.Proficient in Auto CAD, Revit, Navisworks/Revizto, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.Strong understanding of design review processes and technical coordination.Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.What We Offer· The chance to contribute to some of UAE most iconic projects.· A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.· Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to plan the path to project success?If you're inspired by what you've read and believe you're the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.Join ALEC and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team that drives our success.Apply today and be part of something excellentKindly upload your CV in English.
