We're hiring a TikTok Media Buyer to drive exceptional paid advertising results for our portfolio of enterprise and celebrity brands.Commerce Social is a Gold Star TikTok Shop Partner led by a former TikTok employee and a seasoned agency owner.You'll manage high-budget campaigns and deliver record-breaking performance for our brand partners.What You'll Do:Manage and optimize TikTok ad campaigns with $50K+ monthly budgets, driving maximum ROAS for D2C brands across feed ads, spark ads, live shopping ads, and product shopping ads.Run continuous A/B tests on creative, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve performance and scale profitably.Analyze campaign data daily to identify opportunities and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and provide data-driven feedback on what's working.Adjust budgets, bids, and targeting in real-time to maximize performance while minimizing wasted spend.Partner with Account Managers to align paid media with organic and affiliate strategies for cohesive brand growth.Stay ahead of TikTok's platform updates, beta features, and advertising best practices to maintain competitive advantages.What You Need:2-4 years in paid social media buying with hands-on TikTok Ads Manager experienceProven track record managing $100K+ monthly ad budgets for e-commerce brandsStrong grasp of performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, CTRProficiency with TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting toolsExcellent communication skills for presenting performance and strategy to clientsCreative eye for identifying winning ad conceptsHighly organized with ability to manage multiple high-budget accountsPassion for performance marketing and TikTok trendsWhat Success Looks Like:Consistently exceed client ROAS targets while maintaining Commerce Social's Top 10 partner status.Develop innovative testing strategies that uncover breakthrough audiences and creative approaches.Proactively identify optimization opportunities and scale campaigns profitably.Build trusted client relationships through transparent reporting and strategic insights.Your First 90 Days30 Days: Get onboarded on our systems, audit existing campaigns, meet brand partners, and identify quick-win optimizations.60Days: Take full ownership of client accounts, implement strategic improvements, launch testing initiatives, and show measurable performance gains.90Days: Achieve or exceed ROAS targets, scale profitable campaigns confidently, and present detailed performance analyses with growth strategies.The Team:You'll collaborate with Account Managers, Creative teams, Affiliate specialists, and a Shop Operations team under our founding leadership.We're performance-driven and results-focused, maintaining our Top 10 ranking through constant innovation and testing.Everyone contributes ideas and insights to drive record-breaking results.Our Culture:Performance Pioneers – Challenge conventional wisdom, test innovative strategies, and constantly seek improvements that exceed benchmarks.Data-Driven Winners – Make decisions based on metrics and statistical significance, not gut feelings.Track everything and optimize relentlessly.Brand Obsessed – Communicate clearly with clients, exceed their expectations, and build the trusted partnerships that make us the preferred TikTok Shop partner.
