About the RoleWe seek a skilled software development lead based in Argentina or Brazil with expertise in C# and software development methodologies to design, develop, and maintain complex .NET / C# applications.Key ResponsibilitiesSolve complex technical issues efficiently using exceptional problem-solving skills.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and non-technical persons, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers.Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Required Skills and Qualifications6+ years of experience as a backend developer with a strong focus on C#.Proficient in .NET Framework/.NET Core.Design RESTful APIs, architect software systems considering scalability, maintainability, and performance.Emphasize the importance of testing, automated testing frameworks, and writing unit tests.Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).Familiar with design patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and other software design principles.Familiar with DevOps practices (CI, CD, and deployments pipelines) utilizing tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.What We OfferA dynamic and challenging role in a cutting-edge technology environment.Collaborate with our talented team to drive innovation and growth.
