OverviewStaff Fullstack React/C# Engineer – Work from home.You will be part of a LATAM remote team, collaborating with partners and clients to build secure systems for the client ecosystem and support the growth of fitness and wellness businesses.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to iterate on design, implementation, and deployment of the product.Build and maintain backend systems and applications.Design and architect backend services, including migrating from monolith to microservices.Adopt engineering best practices (automated testing, code reviews, proper monitoring).Monitor systems using appropriate tools (e.g., New Relic, Kibana).Work with AWS infrastructure and ensure robust, scalable solutions.Care about studio partners and help them grow their business.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience building backend services with an object-oriented language such as C#.8+ years of experience in designing and architecting backend services.8+ years of experience with microservice architecture.Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic or Kibana).Familiarity with SDLC, design patterns, and Agile methodology.Experience assessing feature impact and potential risks.Experience migrating from monolith to microservices.Experience with AWS.Advanced English level required for communication with US clients.BenefitsCompetitive USD salary100% remote workPaid time off according to country regulationsNational holidays celebratedSick leaveRefundable annual creditTeam-building activitiesBirthday day offApplication and PrivacyBy applying to this position, you authorize Nearsure to collect, store, transfer, and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.()#J-18808-Ljbffr
