OverviewParte do Grupo Hoam Ventures, a Vendor Smart é uma plataforma que conecta administradores de condomínios a uma ampla rede de prestadores de serviços especializados.Facilitamos e melhoramos a gestão de projetos condominiais.Customer Support Specialist é responsável por ajudar nossos clientes da Costa Oeste dos Estados Unidos, das 10h às 19h, de segunda a sexta, interagindo com fornecedores e clientes para oferecer suporte e assistência em diversas atividades usando nosso sistema, tudo por e-mail, telefone e compartilhamento de tela.O(a) candidato(a) ideal está disposto(a) a ajudar a resolver problemas de software, lidando com questões de suporte como documentação ausente e configurações incompletas, e treinando os usuários sobre como usar o sistema corretamente.ResponsabilidadesHorário: 10h às 19h.Prestando assistência aos clientes por telefone e e-mail.Responder perguntas gerais sobre vendas e adesões.Fazer perguntas para determinar a natureza do problema.Ajudar os clientes a solucionar problemas ao usar o software e fornecer orientações para resolver a questão.Contribuir para o esforço da equipe na realização de resultados relacionados, conforme necessário.Validar documentos de seguro e carregá-los em nosso sistema de compliance.QualificaçõesNível avançado de inglês, necessário para se comunicar por telefone, videochamada e e-mail com fornecedores e clientes dos Estados Unidos.Ensino Médio Completo.Experiência em atendimento ao cliente.Alta atenção aos detalhes.Boa capacidade de resolução de problemas.Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e de forma independente.Resiliente e capaz de se adaptar a ambientes em mudança.Familiaridade com ferramentas da Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).DesejávelExperiência com Zendesk.Conhecimento da indústria de gerenciamento de propriedades.Espanhol é um diferencial.#J-*****-Ljbffr
