Uma empresa global especializada em materiais de alto desempenho para o setor de Mining & Metals está expandindo sua presença no Brasil e América Latina. Como parte dessa estratégia, será estabelecida uma nova operação no Brasil, com foco em atender indústrias estratégicas. Estamos em busca de um Country Manager experiente e orientado para resultados, que lidere a fase inicial dessa operação no Brasil. A posição será baseada em São Paulo e envolverá a gestão comercial, logística e estruturação operacional, incluindo contratação de prestadores de serviços locais, definição de instalações para escritório e desenvolvimento de relacionamento com clientes. Principais Responsabilidades: Liderar o lançamento e desenvolvimento comercial no Brasil. Gerenciar e responder às demandas de clientes brasileiros. Coordenar com a matriz internacional para alinhamento estratégico e atualizações operacionais. Atuar rapidamente na resolução de questões urgentes, inclusive durante viagens. Estabelecer metas de vendas e gerenciar o P& L da operação. Ser o principal ponto de contato para clientes, parceiros e stakeholders internos. Qualificações e Experiência: Mínimo de 10 anos de experiência profissional, sendo pelo menos 3 em posição gerencial. Forte atuação em vendas e desenvolvimento de negócios, preferencialmente no setor de Mining & Metals. Capacidade comprovada de trabalhar de forma independente, com iniciativa, disciplina e motivação. Comunicação eficaz e fluência em inglês. Familiaridade com o mercado industrial brasileiro e suas dinâmicas.
