Matilda Cloud is a pioneering force in cloud computing solutions, recognized globally for our innovative technology and premium service.Our mission is to empower businesses through transformative cloud solutions, enabling them to achieve unprecedented growth and efficiency.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer / Cloud Solutions Specialist with a strong technical background in cloud and DevOps practices, focused on the Latin American (LATAM) market.This role bridges technical expertise with client engagement—guiding customers to understand how Matilda Cloud's offerings solve their challenges.The ideal candidate will be fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, highly skilled in customer engagement, and comfortable translating complex technology into clear business value.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate fluently in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, serving as the primary technical point of contact for LATAM clients.Work alongside the sales team to gather customer requirements and devise effective technical strategies that address the specific needs of the LATAM market.Partner with client IT and business teams to troubleshoot issues, remove roadblocks, and accelerate solution deployment.Engage with partners to provide comprehensive training and enablement on Matilda Cloud solutions.Collect customer feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams to continuously improve offerings.Support developers in containerizing applications and migrating them to Kubernetes.Automate recurring tasks in container-based workflows into reusable CI/CD assets.Design, build, manage and operate the infrastructure and configuration of container platforms with a focus on automation and infrastructure-as-code.Ensure reliable WFH readiness with stable high-bandwidth internet.Travel across LATAM as needed for meetings and events.QualificationsBachelor's/master's in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline.5+ years of experience in cloud, DevOps, or technical sales engineering in LATAM.Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux platforms.Hands-on with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud).Expertise in Kubernetes, container platforms, and hybrid cloud operations.Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Helm, CI/CD pipelines).Exceptional communication and client-facing experience.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.Availability for regional travel.Why Join Matilda Cloud?Matilda Cloud offers a competitive compensation package, inclusive benefits, and a vibrant, supportive work culture.We are dedicated to innovation and quality, providing our team with opportunities for professional growth and meaningful contributions to the cloud computing field.Apply NowIf you are passionate about leveraging your cloud technology expertise to drive engagements within the LATAM market and are fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, we invite you to apply.Join Matilda Cloud to be at the forefront of delivering transformative cloud solutions across LATAM.#J-*****-Ljbffr
