PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE The mission of SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS) is to maximize customer success during the RUN phase of SAP cloud solution lifecycles.

With best-in-class expertise, CAS ensures efficient operation of SAP private and public cloud solutions during the RUN phase EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS We are seeking a highly motivated, solution-oriented team member for the role of a customer-facing Services Architecture Senior Specialist to strengthen our Cloud Application Services Global Solutioning Center.
This team works closely with Sales leaders to deliver SLA-based managed cloud services focussing the RUNphase of SAP cloud solutions.As a Services Architecture Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing customers' requirements related to cloud solution Run & Manage as well as Improve & Enhance phases, and for designing tailored managed service solutions to meet those needs Key Responsibilities:Support the Account and Industry/Services sales teams in deal qualification, solution design, and deal closure activitiesLead service assessment and scoping workshops with customers, both onsite and remotelyContribute to strategic and complex dealsCollaborate with global and regional stakeholders such as Global Commercial & Finance, Supplier Management, Sales, Account Teams, Delivery Execution, and PartnersDevelop service delivery models and deal-specific pricings aligned with customer requirementsContribute to the creation of Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROM), binding offers, and compelling value propositionsAssist with and deliver customer presentationsAlign with Delivery Units to ensure feasibility and readiness of delivery capabilitiesParticipate in customer contract creation, validation, and review processesSupport complex RFP responses and contracting activities EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Required skillsMasters degree or equivalentMust be fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written)Spanish language is a plusITIL certificationPMP or similar is a plusWillingness to work in a global & virtual teamExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong presentation skillsPrevious knowledge on the Managed Services business is a plus.Experience in the preparation of proposals and RFP responsesSkills in one or several SAP products & cloud solutionsWillingness to travelCreative & solution-oriented person that thinks out of the box Good Listening skills and attention to detailsA team-player with a collaborative style to work with multiple groups & stakeholders Preferred skillsCommunicative & ProactiveCustomer facing role, Customer oriented, understanding of customer requirements WORK EXPERIENCE Solid working experience in the SAP domain or similar cloud vendorExperiences in SAP Managed Services / Cloud ServicesExperiences in Sales, Presales, Deal Solutioning, Solution & Service Advisory or Consulting Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
