Work/responsibilities regularly span multiple job families within this job group.
Ensures effective and efficient management, integration and continuous improvement of Supply Chain management processes and technologies from vendors through to customers and joint venture partners.
Responsible for logistics planning and forecasting needs for products and services as well as distribution plans.
Responsible for selecting and establishing vendor relationships and obtaining the desired value as well as defining and implementing strategy and process changes that improve turnaround times for optimal procurement of goods and services.
Accountable for the logistics, warehousing and storage of products.
Import/export roles with responsibility for the efficient and economical movement of goods (e.g., materials, products, equipment) in accordance with organizational policies and in compliance with relevant local, country and international customs laws and processes should be assigned to this job family.
This job family is intended to accommodate
1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group;
2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group;
3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.To execute, negotiate and do follow-ups on national procurement activities for service and products.
Support the creation, negotiation and control contracts for new and recurrent services and do the control if the contract has been assisted as previous plan.
To control and assist all facilities needs as replenishment of products, intermediate maintenance, cleaning, repairs, condominium, control of remittances of documents and correspondence and all service related to the facility.
Insert customers, products and providers data into the system.
**To support associates with general needs such as**: fleet, telephony, taxi, carriers, among others with suppliers intermediating and helping them to solve problems they may have with their suppliers.
Preferably educational background in Supply Chain or Facilities areas
Previous experience with Procurement's activities
Good skills at excel & good communication
English is desirable
Spanish is a plus
