About IDPWe are on a mission to connect top global talent with innovative companies.Our team is fully remote and multicultural, focused on delivering real value to our clients through technology, consulting, and digital execution.This role is key in helping us scale technical teams across the globe.You will be responsible for owning full-cycle recruitment for high-demand technical roles.Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to offer negotiation;Screen and assess candidates on soft skills and basic technical fit;SOURCE TALENT PROACTIVELY VIA LINKEDIN RECRUITER, REFERRALS, AND OTHER SOURCING PLATFORMS;Maintain clear, professional communication in English and Spanish;BUILD AND NURTURE A PIPELINE OF HIGH-QUALITY CANDIDATES ACROSS MULTIPLE REGIONS AND TIME ZONES;Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding;Contribute to process improvement and employer branding initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing: Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.Candidate Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication in English and Spanish.Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement and employer branding initiatives.Requirements:Language Skills: Fluent English and Spanish language skills.Candidates Assessment: Ability to screen and assess candidates on soft skills and basic technical fit.Talent Pipeline: Ability to build and nurture a pipeline of high-quality candidates across multiple regions and time zones.
