Managing Director & Country Head: AI Data Center Infrastructure MatraVolt Limited • Santarém, Estado do Pará, BR Location: Remote; travel within-country Sector: Modular Data Center Infrastructure (AI & HPC) Reports to: Chief Executive Officer About MatraVolt MatraVolt is a deep-tech company building next-generation prefabricated infrastructure for the AI era.Our multi-module architecture enables high-density, liquid-cooled deployments with radically faster delivery, lower on-site risk, and superior total cost.The solution has been adopted by one of the world's largest AI data center projects in the United States and we are now scaling across EU and Latin America with colocation providers, hyperscale developers, EPCs, and energy-conscious AI platforms.Role Summary We're hiring a Country Head at MD level to drive MatraVolt's go-to-market and commercial outcomes.You will build and convert a country-level pipeline with colocation operators, hyperscalers, developers/EPCs, and other players in the ecosystem, form strategic partnerships, and orchestrate complex, technical deals – positioning MatraVolt as the default choice for next-gen AI/HPC infrastructure.Key Responsibilities Market development: map priority accounts (colo, hyperscale, BTS developers, EPC/SIs, utilities/energy partners), create multi-threaded entry, and land flagship wins.Enterprise sales: qualify, shape requirements, lead solutioning with engineering (high-density racks, liquid cooling, modular power/cooling blocks).Partnerships & routes-to-market: establish and manage EPC / SI / channel alliances and project-specific consortiums.Program leadership: drive country bids/RFPs; coordinate delivery timelines and site readiness with Operations.Intelligence & feedback: provide structured market signals (customer pain, regulatory/power constraints, competitive moves) to sharpen product, pricing, and delivery playbooks.Governance & risk: ensure compliance with customer, HSE, and site policies.Ideal Profile 5+ years in enterprise data center / critical infrastructure sales or BD.Credible network among colocation buyers and AI/HPC stakeholders; comfortable at C-suite, engineering, and procurement levels.Fluency in technical value: high-density GPU environments, liquid cooling, modular power & cooling blocks, prefabrication/off-site integration, and time-to-live economics.Entrepreneurial, hands-on operator who can open doors, design the deal at startup pace.Languages: Native Portuguese/Spanish and Fluent English Contract Details Type: Contractor / Independent Consultant Compensation: Monthly travel allowance + uncapped, highly competitive success-based commission Start: Immediate Why Join MatraVolt Scale a solution already validated by the largest AI data center deployment globally.Work where deep-tech, energy, and AI compute converge—on real projects, fast.High autonomy, tight engineering partnership, and a product that wins on speed and cost.Shape the country playbook and help define how Latin America builds AI infrastructure.#J-*****-Ljbffr
