Welcome toDrBalcony– a trusted name in Inspection innovation.Since our establishment in ****, we've been committed to bridging the gap between property owners and skilled Inspectors.With a focus on precision, technology, and trust, DrBalcony is where projects take flight, making California balconies safer with theexpertise of over **** inspections.At Humanity HR, we believe that when people thrive, businesses soar.As your full-service HR partner, we provide flexible and scalable HR solutions tailored to your unique needs.Whether you're a startup or an established company, our goal is simple: to help you create a workplace where your employees are engaged, productive, and loyal.About our Client:At DrBalcony, our primary goal is to provide top-quality service and expertise in balcony inspection and design.We prioritize the well-being of homeowners, HOAs, and property managers, keeping their properties safe and compliant.We believe that every project deserves excellence from the ground up.Our mission is to streamline the inspection process by combining cutting-edge technology with unparalleled service, ensuring that every connection between property owners and contractors is as seamless as it is successful.We are here to inspire confidence at every stage of your journey, from finding the perfect contractor to ensuring your vision becomes a reality.Job Overview:As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between potential customers and our sales team.Your job is to reach out, qualify leads, and set up appointments for our sales consultants.Key Responsibilities:Be the first point of contact for incoming leadsCall Large lists to qualify potential leadsQualify and unqualify leads for the sales teamTrack and follow up with many clientsConduct outbound outreach via email, social media, and calls to generate new leadsBook appointments or consultations for the sales teamCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategiesMaintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone in all communicationsTrack and log support issues accurately using CRM tools (Salesforce)Provide feedback on recurring issues and customer trends to the teamCollaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experiencePreferred Qualifications:Based in the Philippines with a strong internet connectionFluent and confident in English (spoken and written) – clear communication is keyProven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role (1+ years preferred)Previous experience in customer support (1+ years preferred)Salesforce experience (1+ years preferred)Experience with dealingExcellent written communication and problem-solving skillsIndependent, self-motivated, and highly organizedComfortable working as an independent contractor/freelancerBackground in design, home improvement, or e-commerce brandsHours between 8 am and 6 pm Pacific Time#J-*****-Ljbffr
