OverviewWe are hiring three Full-Stack AI Software Engineers (remote, US-based client) with 4+ years of experience in software and AI agent development.The team is small, fast-moving, and highly hands-on.Engineers will design, build, deploy, monitor, and support an AI-driven platform.You will work across the stack, from backend services to AI agent tuning to infrastructure automation.Candidates must be comfortable owning features end-to-end, working independently, and collaborating with distributed teams.Our client develops AI agents that automate lead follow-up and customer inquiries, allowing in-person staff to focus on high-value interactions.The platform will be white-labeled, so engineers must build scalable, configurable, API-driven solutions with strong attention to performance, reliability, and edge-case handling.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver AI agents and related platform featuresIntegrate platform services with CRMs and third-party APIsUse AI tools, frameworks, and LLMs to enhance workflows, automate tasks, and optimize customer interactionsBuild and maintain Django backend services and scalable REST APIsConduct hands-on coding, code reviews, and contribute to system architectureImplement automated QA checks, assist with manual QA when needed, and build scripts/tools to improve testing coverage and reliabilityParticipate in real-time monitoring and automated load balancing of AI agent infrastructureDiagnose and resolve defects—identify root causes and implement long-term fixesCommunicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholdersLead by example—mentor and guide less experienced engineers (Senior)Provide architectural direction and ensure technical excellence (Senior)Drive core business initiatives and scalable AI agent development (Senior)Work independently and unblock yourself using AI and other resources (Mid)Seek guidance when needed—propose solution options, not just problems (Mid)Required Experience (Must-Have)Excellent written and verbal English communicationMinimum 4+ years of Software Engineering ExperienceFrontend experience: React, Redux, Mui, react-query, react-table, or HuskyBackend experience: Python, Django, Postgres, Celery, RabbitMQCI/CD and infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, GitlabComprehensive unit testing, QA collaboration, and automated test developmentDeep understanding of LLMs, RAG pipelines, model selection, and AI optimizationStrong experience building and maintaining REST APIs with robust edge-case handling and diagnostic loggingProven skill integrating systems via APIs (CRMs strongly preferred)Successful track record in high-growth lean startup environmentsAbility to make independent decisions in fast-changing contextsExperience working in fully remote distributed engineering teamsFamiliarity with Agile project management and defect tracking toolsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred Experience (desired but not required)Technical or engineering degree (or equivalent experience)Experience with white-label SaaS architecturesExposure to AI agent orchestration tools or workflow enginesExperience with test automation frameworksBenefits15 days Paid Time Off (PTO), one floating day, three sick days, and national holidaysRemote work in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment with collaborative learning cultureWe are a privately held, nearshore software development company providing outsourced development resources to North American companies.Our mission is to offer development talent that enjoys taking on challenging work, wants to grow skills, and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.We focus on providing world-class remote resources who work as valued members of client teams.#J-*****-Ljbffr
