Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven KAM Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our key retail accounts.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in retail sales , consumer electronics , or technology products .
You will be responsible for managing relationships with major retail partners, driving sales performance, and executing go-to-market strategies that align with itel's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts across assigned territories Lead sales planning, forecasting, and execution to meet revenue targets Supervise and support field sales teams to ensure optimal performance and coverage Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional strategies and product launches Monitor inventory levels, merchandising standards, and in-store execution Prepare regular reports on account performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales Supervision, preferably in Retail , Technology , or Home Appliances Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Ability to travel as needed
