Freelance Pixel Artist

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and Creation_
- Create unique pixel art assets such as characters, backgrounds, and other game components.
- Work closely with the design team to bring to life smarter NPC clones, personal landing pages, servers, and gameplays.
- Adapt your style to fit our branding and in-game aesthetics.
- Level Design_
- Collaborate with the team to design and create interactive environments within the game.
- Implement pixel graphics into levels, ensuring they contribute to the gameplay.
- Review and Revision_
- Revisit and modify assets as per optimization needs or design feedback.
- Adapt designs as the game evolves over time.
**Requirements**:

- Technical Skills_
- Proven experience as a Pixel Artist or in a similar role within game design.
- Proficiency in pixel art software (e.g., Aseprite, Photoshop).
- Demonstrable ability to create characters, UI elements, and environments in pixel art.
- Soft Skills_
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially within a remote team.
- Flexibility and capacity to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work in every art piece created.
- Mentality_
- Passion for creating engaging and visually appealing game experiences.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, able to foresee and mitigate design issues.
