This is a remote, full-time role (9AM–5PM Central Time). We're looking for someone with strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.To be eligible for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; or hands-on experience with web development and design. We hope you can join the teamResponsibilities:Build and maintain SEO-optimized websites for flight school clientsCollaborate with account managers and the Marketing team to implement updates and new featuresDevelop additional landing pages, forms, and blog/webinar layoutsTrack, analyze, and report on website performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve UX/UIManage deployments and troubleshoot technical issues with other developersUse GHL CRM to build and embed forms, integrating with websites via APIs or webhooksContribute to research and development projects that drive innovationParticipate in daily team meetings and provide progress updatesRequirements:High proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologiesExperience with UX/UI design and building user-friendly interfacesStrong copywriting and communication skills, including writing engaging web copy and clear UI textSolid problem-solving and debugging skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable codeFamiliarity with Git or other version control systemsAbility to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively with a teamNice-to-have/Bonus Skills:Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Tailwind, Alpine.js, Svelte, Solid)Experience with Ruby on Rails and full-stack development (MVC, ORM, conventions)Knowledge of databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)Familiarity with DNS configurationBackground in digital marketing or the aviation industry (especially flight schools)Logistics & Work Setup:Must be available to work 9AM–5PM Central TimeReliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)Home office setup, including power backup, stable internet, and camera/lighting for video callsWhy Join Us?At Right Rudder Marketing, you'll help shape the digital presence of flight schools and contribute to the growth of the aviation community.
