Duration: This is expected to be a 12 month engagementLocation: RemoteNotice Period: Cannot be longer than 2 weeksPay: $6.00/hr to $11.40/hr USD or $R5,000 to R$9,500 Brazilian Real per monthJunior IT Project ManagerRequired Skills & Experience2–3 years experience with Genesys (ideally Genesys Cloud) deploymentsExperience in contact center environmentsStrong PM fundamentals: follow-up, reporting, communication, documentationFamiliarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and JiraAbility to work flexible hours across LATAM time zonesNo programming or configuration requiredPreference for Bilingual candidatesJob DescriptionWe're seeking a junior IT Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience to support our client in the international logistics industry.This person will helping with the deployment of Genesys cloud across entities spanning the United States and Latin America.Key Responsibilities:Support senior PM on Genesys Cloud deployment projects across multiple countriesCoordinate tasks, schedules, and vendor deliverablesLead and support UAT (test cases, user coordination, follow-ups)Create project status reports, minutes, documentationWork with stakeholders across Brazil, Mexico, and other LATAM regionsParticipate in Saturday production releases when neededEnsure strong customer service and communication with end users
