For one of our clients, a mid-sized company operating at scale, we are currently looking to hire a Manager / Senior Manager, FP&A.About the RoleThis is a hands-on FP&A role in a flat organization. While the right candidate may have a direct report in the future, this position requires a strong individual contributor who is comfortable owning analyses end to end.We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and action-driven, with the ability to influence business decisions through financial insights.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain 3-statement financial models, with a strong understanding of how they flow togetherDevelop financial models from scratch, including ROI analysis and scenario modelingPrepare monthly and quarterly financial review decks, clearly explaining business performance using financial storytelling and waterfall analysesPartner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, and overall P&L performanceSupport PE-related reporting and ad-hoc analysesHelp establish and improve FP&A best-practice processes in an evolving environmentRequired Experience & Skills5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within a Fortune 500 environmentExperience in mid-sized companies is a strong plusStrong understanding of 3-statement financial modelingAdvanced Excel skills (heavy modeling role; keyboard-driven workflows preferred)Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations with clear financial narrativesExperience with IBM Cognos / TM1 is a plusTableau experience is a plus, but not requiredPrivate Equity experience is highly preferredWhat We're Looking ForComfortable working in ambiguous, less structured environmentsIndependent and able to take ownership of projects from start to finishIntellectually curious and proactive in asking the right questionsStrong bias for action, with a proven ability to challenge the status quo using dataBenefits:Competitive salary to recognise and reward your achievements.Flexible work environment.Opportunities for professional and personal growth.Your applicaton will only be taken into consideration if your resume is in English
