Our client is a U.S.-based company that provides technical expertise, testing, and certification services to the global food and agricultural industry. Their mission is to ensure food safety, quality, and sustainability across international supply chains.They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize the core APIs and data services powering their flagship SaaS platform. This role focuses requires expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, C#/.NET and Azure cloud development practices. You will also help set technical direction, mentor other engineers, and ensure the software meets the highest standards for performance, scalability, and security.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET/C# on Azure Web AppsModel and manage SQL data structures (Azure SQL) to support complex engineering workflows.Build responsive, accessible UI screens in HTML and TypeScript, leveraging the Webix control platform to deliver clean, maintainable front-end componentsImplement security best practices including IAM role configuration, least-privilege access, and API authentication/authorization.Write and maintain test automation to ensure code quality and reduce regression risk.Participate in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline maintenance, infrastructure-as-code (YAML), and application monitoring using telemetry tools Application Insights and KUSTO language.Leverage AI-powered assistants and developer tools to reduce repetitive work, improve code quality, and accelerate delivery.Collaborate cross-functionally with international teams including Product Managers, UX designers, test engineers, and DevOps.Mentor team members on best practices in software architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to established guidelines.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees may be asked to perform additional tasks as required, that may or may not be related to their primary duties.Required Qualifications:BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience5+ years of professional experience developing SaaS applications.2+ years in .NET/C# for developing RESTful APIs.2+ years Web API, JSON, and TypeScript consuming RESTful APIsProficiency in version control tools (e.g., Git) and Agile development practices.Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server / OracleAbility to work independently in short delivery cycles with minimal rework.Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.This is a CRT Role at R$18,000/month + Annual Bonus
