Data / Sales Revenue AnalystLocation: Brazil (Remote)About Sphise TechnologiesSphise Technologies is a global outsourcing and talent solutions company, partnering with high-growth businesses to build strong, high-impact teams across finance, technology, and operations.For one of our clients, a mid-sized company operating at scale, we are currently looking to hire a Data / Sales Revenue AnalystAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Data / Sales Revenue Analyst with strong experience in building, maintaining, and scaling Tableau dashboards to support commercial, sales, and revenue decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, sales performance, and business intelligence.An FP&A or finance background is not required, though exposure to revenue, pricing, or financial metrics is a significant plus.Key ResponsibilitiesData & Analytics: Design, build, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards for sales performance, revenue trends, pipeline health, and forecasting.Revenue & Sales Intelligence: Analyze revenue drivers and trends, and support Sales and RevOps teams with KPI tracking, funnel analysis, and performance insights.Data Management: Work with multiple data sources (CRM, ERP, Databricks, SQL) to extract, transform, and validate data quality for analytics and reporting.Stakeholder Collaboration: Present insights and recommendations to leadership and non-technical stakeholders, translating data into clear business outcomes.Required Qualifications• Must-Have:3–7+ years of experience in data, sales, or revenue analysisExpert-level Tableau skills, including dashboard design and data storytellingAdvanced SQL and hands-on experience working in Databricks environmentsStrong understanding of sales and revenue metrics (pipeline, conversion, growth, retention)• Nice-to-Have:Exposure to FP&A, pricing, or financial analysisExperience with Salesforce, Snowflake, or BigQueryFamiliarity with SaaS, RevOps, or data-driven commercial environmentsBenefits:Competitive salary to recognise and reward your achievements.Flexible work environment.Opportunities for professional and personal growth.
