As we continue to grow, we're always looking to identify talented individuals to join our team. **Candidate must be located in Joinville, Santa Catarina**We are looking for a talented, communicative, and highly driven Senior Account Executive to join our team at Syndigo. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to our clients—managing relationships, driving consultative sales, resolving issues, and supporting questions throughout the customer lifecycle. We value professionals who are agile, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional solutions.HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAYManage the full consultative sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Actively identify and engage potential customers to build a strong pipeline. Lead regular meetings with suppliers and clients to introduce new solutions and strengthen relationships. Conduct timely and accurate follow‐ups based on sales funnel stages.Prepare, present, and deliver high‐quality commercial proposals. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to successfully close opportunities. Maintain an organized schedule and ensure all lead/client information is accurately updated in the CRM. Lead retention discussions and negotiate solutions with suppliers at risk of churn. Participate in onsite client visits as needed. Represent Syndigo at trade shows, fairs, and other industry events.
