Estamos buscando un(a) Consultor(a) SAP FI com experiência em suporte funcional (AMS / TMA), para garantir resolução de tickets, cumprimento de SLAs e qualidade nas entregas em ambientes SAP e soluções fiscais.Contrato: Part-timeLocal: 100% RemotoPrincipais responsabilidadesAtuar no suporte funcional SAP FI, analisando e resolvendo tickets de usuários finais.Garantir o cumprimento de SLAs, acompanhando prazos e qualidade das entregas.Servir como ponto de contato entre áreas de negócio e fornecedores de suporte.Identificar gargalos e propor melhorias no modelo de suporte.Participar de reuniões de alinhamento e elaborar relatórios de status.Suportar soluções fiscais integradas ao SAP, como Tax One e Tax Bra, quando necessário.Requisitos obrigatóriosExperiência sólida como Consultor SAP FI, com atuação em AMS / TMA.Conhecimento funcional em SAP FI e processos de Financeiro, Contas a Pagar e Contas a Receber.Experiência em SAP CO será considerado um plus.Experiência com gestão de tickets e SLAs.Conhecimento em soluções fiscais brasileiras (Tax One, Tax Bra, DFE ou similares).Inglês obrigatório.Interessados enviar CV, disponibilidade, rate para j.sierra@asenium.com ou aplicar diretamente.
