This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, CRM management, and overall support helping the team run smoother, prep smarter, and close faster.You'll support our Sales Directors with everything from HubSpot updates and inbox cleanup to property research, demo prep, and post-event follow-ups. You'll be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps deals and relationships flowing.The ideal candidate is a HubSpot pro, an organization master, and someone who loves systems, structure, and clean dashboards. Canva or basic design skills are a big plus.What You'll DoSales Operations & CRMMaintain CRM hygiene across all deals and pipelines in HubSpotCreate follow-ups and tasks from meeting notes to keep deals movingPrepare weekly pipeline reports and monthly sales performance summaries (conversion rates, expansion vs. new logos, etc.)Support with contract preparation, sending, and organizationCreate and maintain accurate customer accounts within the Cosign portal.Demo & Meeting PrepResearch prospects and properties for personalized sales conversationsBuild decks and slides for demosAssist with pre- and post-event follow-ups and outreachInbox, Calendar & SchedulingClean up and manage up to 4 sales inboxes weeklySchedule meetings and maintain a sales calendar for QBRs, Expansion, first applicant, property engagement, etcSales Enablement & MarketingUpdate and maintain sales collateral, FAQs, and shared materialsCreate light Canva designs for decks or visualsSupport LinkedIn content coordination and postingTrack property-level engagement and follow-upsAccount & Partner SupportConduct strategic account research for new opportunitiesTrack deal follow-ups and ensure nothing slips through the cracksWho You Are2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or executive supportHubSpot expert (10/10) — comfortable managing pipelines, reports, and automationsUltra-organized with strong attention to detailExcellent written and spoken EnglishSkilled in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CanvaProactive, reliable, and fast — you take ownership and anticipate needsFast learner with a strong interest in using AI tools to optimize and streamline workflows.Comfortable working cross-functionally in a startup or high-growth environmentNeed to HaveExperience in fast pace high-demanding sales environmentExperience at startups, proptech, real estate, or B2B SaaSStrong background in sales/operational supportFamiliarity with project management toolsWhat Success Looks LikeThe Sales teams run with clarity, speed, and zero chaosHubSpot data is accurate, up to date, and ready for actionEvery demo, event, and partner follow-up feels personal and buttoned upReports and insights are delivered proactively each weekYou're the go-to operator who makes everything — and everyone — run smoother
