About Us:Carepod is a premium humidifier brand operating in the US, Canada, and Australia. We're growing fast and building a data-driven culture where insights actually shape decisions.We're looking for a Data Analyst who thinks like a business partner, not just a report builder.What You'll DoBuild and maintain dashboards & projection tools such as sales, marketing, inventory, etc.Analyze ecommerce & marketing data (Shopify, ads, reviews)Identify trends in conversion, retention, and customer behaviorSupport leadership with clear insights and recommendationsAnswer real business questions, fastWhat We're Looking For3+ years experience as a Data AnalystStrong SQL + Excel / Google SheetsExperience with dashboards & KPIsExeprience with AI Automations such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Airtable, etc.Ecommerce or DTC experience preferredComfortable communicating insights in EnglishBonus: Python, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)Why CarepodDirect exposure to leadershipReal impact on decisionsInternational business experienceFully remote, long-term opportunityWhat We Offer: • Fully remote work environment • Competitive salary • Flexible PTO policy • Opportunity to grow with a scaling e-commerce brand • A supportive, collaborative, and agile team culture⸻To Apply:Send your resume and a short note about why you're a great fit
