We are looking for a UX Researcher to join a client for their global medical education team. This group supports medical and nursing students and faculty around the world with innovative education applications. The UX team is working on identifying opportunities for improvement and developing innovative new features that would enhance the learners' experience. In this role, you will be responsible for leading research studies and incrementally innovate with product, design, engineering, and content, informing the direction of applications within the group.Must haves:Senior experience (3-5 years) of recent user research experience in a product development context.Experience working on AI or healthcare products preferredDemonstrable experience designing and leading large scale complex research, employing diverse research methodologies e.g., task analysis, usability testing, prototype testing as well as other generative and evaluative research methods.Quantitative and Qualitive research methods.Possess a portfolio of case studies illustrating their impact on web applications across a range of verticals and multiple industries.Front-end UI development experience. Some understanding of what's technically feasible.Compensation: $3400 to $4800 per month USD Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
