Estamos em expansão e buscamos um(a) Business Consulting para atuar em projetos estratégicos, contribuindo diretamente com empresas que desejam melhorar sua gestão financeira, aumentar margens e sustentar seu crescimento de forma sólida.O que buscamosCapacidade analítica e visão estratégica;Foco em resultados e geração de valor ao cliente;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Proatividade e dinamismo na execução de projetos;Habilidades de liderança e gestão de equipes multidisciplinares.Responsabilidades e AtribuiçõesGestão Financeira Estratégica: Desenvolver e executar estratégias financeiras para otimizar rentabilidade e crescimento sustentável de empresas.Análise e Planejamento Financeiro (FP&A): Conduzir análises financeiras complexas, incluindo previsões de fluxo de caixa, projeções de receitas e despesas, além de identificar oportunidades de eficiência.Controle Orçamentário: Estruturar e acompanhar orçamentos, garantindo alinhamento entre metas financeiras e operações de longo prazo.Relatórios Financeiros: Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e executivos, conduzindo análises de desempenho financeiro e apresentando insights claros para tomada de decisão.Compliance e Governança: Assegurar conformidade das operações financeiras com legislações locais e internacionais, além de implementar práticas de governança corporativa.Modelagem Financeira: Desenvolver modelos financeiros para apoiar decisões estratégicas, M&A, captação de recursos e reestruturações.Gestão de Riscos: Identificar, avaliar e mitigar riscos financeiros relacionados a câmbio, crédito, operações e investimentos.Liderança e Mentoria: Apoiar e desenvolver equipes internas e dos clientes, promovendo cultura de alto desempenho e colaboração.Requisitos e QualificaçõesFormação: Graduação em Finanças, Economia, Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas; MBA ou especialização será diferencial.Experiência sólida em finanças corporativas, com histórico em consultoria.Vivência em planejamento financeiro, modelagem, reestruturação e gestão de riscos.Proficiência em Excel avançado, ferramentas de BI.Conhecimento em contabilidade gerencial.Perfil altamente analítico, com capacidade de gerar insights estratégicos a partir de dados financeiros.Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal, com habilidade para traduzir informações complexas em recomendações claras para diferentes públicos.O que oferecemosAmbiente colaborativo e inovador, com autonomia e exposição a CEOs e executivos;Projetos desafiadores e estratégicos em diferentes setores;Oportunidade de crescimento junto à expansão da Finance Brazil.
