We are looking for Senior Site Leader,Onsite,Sao Paulo who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: (responsibilities) The Site Leader is responsible for the delivery of overall operations of the country. The Site Leader has the responsibilities and competencies of a Tech Level-3 plus: Responsibilities: Oversee all operational activities of the team (Queue Manager and Tech levels 1, 2, 3) Ensure the team is compliant to the company (TCS) and client (Citi) policies, standards and code of conduct Manage the team training and performance Act as primary point of contact and escalation for the team Foster a positive work environment Competencies: Strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes Resource planning and allocation Team leadership, motivation, and development Conflict resolution and mediation Performance management and coaching Intermediate English Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Stakeholder management (internal and external) Negotiation and influencing skills Accountability and ownership Adaptability and resilience Integrity and ethical leadership Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities What can you expect from us? • Professional development and constant evolution of your skills, always in line with your interests. • Opportunities to work outside Brazil • A collaborative, diverse and innovative environment that encourages teamwork.
