Our engineering team works closely with product and business, withtechnical autonomy, ownership, and a strong focus on long-term sustainable solutions .About the role We are looking for aBackend Software Engineerwith a strong focus onRust , atMid to Senior level , to play a strategic role in the evolution of our backend systems. We seek someone with asoftware architecture mindset , capable of actively participating in technical decisions, evaluating trade-offs, and contributing to the evolution of our codebase with maturity and long-term vision, in close collaboration with the Tech Lead and engineering team. Beyond feature implementation, this role is key tostructuring, scaling, and sustaining the platformas our products grow.Expected profileMid to Senior level 5+ years of backend development experience Strong architectural thinking Comfortable discussing, proposing, and executing technical decisions Hands-on, collaborative, and critical-thinking mindset Technical English for reading, writing, and professional communicationRequired skillsSolid experience withRust Consistent practice ofTest Driven Development (TDD) Experience withdistributed systemsandmicroservices architecture Ability to analyze and contribute to architectural decisions Experience or strong interest infintech, crypto, or financial systems(highly valued)Nice to haveAsync Rust / Tokio gRPC (Tonic) SQLx Redis Kafka Docker KubernetesResponsibilitiesContribute to backend architectural evolution Implement solutions aligned with team decisions Propose improvements in architecture, performance, and quality Ensure robust, testable, and maintainable code Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead on technical decisions Support ongoing maintenance and evolution of servicesDifferentialsExperience in regulated environments or critical systems Background in high-scale, high-availability, or low-latency systems Previous experience in mature engineering teams Senior engineer mindset with a collaborative and systemic viewI f you enjoy real technical challenges and want to build impactful financial infrastructure, come join eNor Securities.
