About the RoleAntom, a pivotal arm of Ant International driving digital financial solutions in Latin America, seeks a strategic Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate our market expansion in Brazil and across the region. Based in São Paulo, you will identify, negotiate, and execute high-impact partnerships to scale Antom's fintech ecosystem (e.g., payments, lending, digital banking solutions). This role demands a blend of commercial acumen, relationship mastery, and deep market insight to unlock transformative growth.Key Responsibilities:Market Strategy & Growth Leadership:Develop and execute Brazilmarket-entry and scaling strategies for Antom's product suite.Identify whitespace opportunities in fintech, e-commerce, and embedded finance sectors.Strategic Partnerships:Forge alliances with banks, fintechs, retailers, and payment gateways to integrate Antom's solutions.Lead end-to-end deal cycles: prospecting, negotiation, contracting, and post-deal governance.Revenue Ownership:Own regional P&L targets, driving monetization through partnership structures (revenue share, co-marketing).Analyze market data to prioritize high-value partners and verticals.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Align with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teams to customize solutions for LATAM.Advise product roadmap based on partner feedback and competitive intelligence.Market Advocacy:Represent Antom at key industry forums.Required:Experience: 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales within fintech, banking, e-commerce, or SaaS in Brazil.Track Record: Proven success closing complex, high-value partnerships.Market Expertise: Deep understanding of Brazil's fintech/regulatory landscape and key players.Commercial Skills: Expertise in deal structuring, P&L management, and negotiation.Language: Native Portuguese and full professional English proficiency. Preferred:MBA in Business/Finance.Network across Brazilian financial institutions or major retailers.
