Estamos em busca de um(a) Sales Account Executive para a aquisição de novos clientes e gestão de uma carteira de clientes estratégicos na América Latina. Essa pessoa será responsável por impulsionar o crescimento de novas receitas, atuando de forma consultiva, orientada a dados e centrada no cliente.O(a) profissional conduzirá o ciclo completo negociações estratégicas para clientes Enterprise, incluindo aquisição, upsell, cross-sell, renovações e renegociações, trabalhando em parceria com as áreas de Customer Success, Marketing e Produto. Descrição das Atividades:· Aquisição e gestão de uma carteira de clientes estratégicos na América Latina, garantindo novoc clientes, expansão de receita e satisfação do cliente;· Conduzir o ciclo completo de gestão de contas, incluindo aquisição de novos clientes, Upsell Cross-sell, renovações e renegociações;· Atuar de forma consultiva junto aos clientes, identificando oportunidades de negócio alinhadas às necessidades e objetivos estratégicos de cada conta;· Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas de Customer Success, Marketing e Produto para garantir consistência na experiência do cliente e maximização de valor entregue;· Elaborar e acompanhar forecast de receita, pipeline de aquisição e indicadores de performance das contas sob sua responsabilidade;· Reportar KPIs, oportunidades de crescimento, riscos e desafios do pipeline para a liderança regional e global;· Apoiar o desenvolvimento de parceiros e canais comerciais quando aplicável, atuando como ponto focal para contas estratégicas;· Participar de reuniões, apresentações executivas, eventos e calls com clientes e stakeholders da região. Requisitos Obrigatórios:· Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de negócios B2B, preferencialmente em empresas de software ou soluções SaaS;· Histórico comprovado de atuação com clientes estratégicos, expansão de receita e retenção de contas;· Capacidade comprovada de atingir e superar metas comerciais relacionadas a aquisição de novos clientes e gestão de contas;· Conhecimento do mercado LATAM e de suas dinâmicas comerciais;· Espanhol fluente (mandatório), com interação frequente com clientes da região;· Perfil analítico, orientado a métricas, resultados e relacionamento de longo prazo;· Excelente comunicação, habilidade de negociação e relacionamento interpessoal, com postura consultiva e orientado ao resultado.
