We're Hiring: Inside Sales Representative (Remote – Brazil)Earn up to R$6,000+/month | U.S.-Based Company Location: Remote (Brazil)Contract Type: Independent Contractor (PJ)Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8-hour shift + 1-hour lunch Time Zone: São Paulo Time / Florida Time Compensation • Base salary starting at R$3,000/month • Sales bonuses averaging R$300 to R$1,000/month • Top performers can earn R$6,000+/month or more About the Role My Cleaning Angel is a fast-growing U.S.-based cleaning agency, founded in 2013. We're looking for a sales-driven Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact with our clients, convert leads into bookings, and deliver an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and motivated by performance, commissions, and growth . Responsibilities • Handle inbound calls, texts, chats, and emails from clients • Provide accurate quotes and close bookings • Schedule and coordinate cleanings with field teams • Maintain accurate client records in our CRM • Ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to service completion Requirements • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred)• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset • Ability to work independently and hit performance targets What We Offer • 2 weeks of paid training • Long-term growth opportunities • Performance-based bonuses • Supportive, professional, and international team culture About My Cleaning Angel We are a trusted U.S. cleaning agency providing deep cleaning, move-in/out, post-construction, and recurring services across multiple states in the U.S. To Apply: Complete the online application below.
