If that sounds like your vibe, keep reading.What You'll DoDesign and developresponsive, visually engaging websites inWebflow and WordPress.Create wireframes, prototypes, and full website designsthat align with user needs and client goals.Translate approved designsinto fully-built, functional websites using Webflow or WordPress.Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure flawless execution.Ensure all designs followUX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and performance guidelines.Customize, refine, and optimize websites based on client feedback.Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, tools, and new Webflow/WordPress capabilities.Troubleshoot design-related issues and ensure smooth handoff and deployment.What You Bring3+ years of professional experiencedesigning AND developing websites usingWebflow and WordPress.A strong portfolio showcasingweb design, UX/UI work, prototypes, and completed builds.Proficiency inwireframing toolsand design platforms (Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.).Solid understanding ofHTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.Experience withsite performance optimizationand SEO-friendly design practices.Ability to work effectively within a fully remote team.Strong communication skills—you can articulate design decisions clearly.Close attention to detail and a passion for creating elevated digital experiences.Bonus PointsExperience with animations or micro-interactions in Webflow.Familiarity with brand identity or graphic design.Experience working in fast-paced agency settings.Work DetailsHours:9 A.M. – 5 P.M.
