This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program execution, portfolio prioritization, and cross-team coordination to ensure initiatives align with strategic objectives, resource capacity, and delivery timelines.The Program Manager will act as a central point of orchestration between business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery partners, with a strong emphasis on intake governance, roadmap management, and operational planning. This individual will bring a strong understanding of Salesforce, technology delivery, and product-oriented thinking, and will be responsible for translating complex initiatives into clear business cases, executive-level communications, and measurable outcomes.This role will regularly communicate program status to senior stakeholders, contribute to Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs), and support annual operational planning cycles.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee Salesforce programs and applications supporting multiple business domains and use casesLead portfolio intake, prioritization, and roadmap management aligned to strategic objectivesDevelop and articulate business cases, including scope, impact, dependencies, and resourcing needsPartner with cross-functional teams and external delivery partners to ensure alignment on priorities and executionSupport annual and quarterly operational planning cycles, including OP1 and OP2 submissions and updatesManage and govern Salesforce-based portfolio management tools (e.g., Intake Manager, Project Tracker), ensuring data quality and adoptionCollaborate with product and technology teams to maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into portfolio health, capacity, and delivery statusCommunicate program updates, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leadership in a clear and concise mannerContribute to executive-level readouts, including MBRs and QBRsMaintain and update SOPs, documentation, and internal knowledge resources related to portfolio management processesRequired SkillsStrong experience in program or portfolio management within a technology-driven environmentProven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across teams and stakeholdersStrong understanding of Salesforce and enterprise technology ecosystemsExperience writing and presenting business cases to senior stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex informationHigh degree of organization, ownership, and accountability in managing timelines and deliverablesData-driven mindset with strong Excel skills and experience working with dashboards and reportingHands-on experience using Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar program/project management toolsPreferred SkillsBackground in Product Management or Technical Program ManagementExperience supporting portfolio or roadmap management functionsFamiliarity with operational planning frameworks and annual planning cyclesExperience working with automation, digital transformation, RPA, AI/ML, LLM, or GenAI initiativesExperience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environmentsPrior experience contributing to executive business reviews and leadership reporting
