For one of ourclients, a mid-sized company operating at scale, we are currently looking to hire aManager / Senior Manager, FP&A.About the RoleThis is ahands-on FP&A rolein a flat organization. While the right candidate may have a direct report in the future, this position requires a strong individual contributor who is comfortable owning analyses end to end.We are looking for someone who isdetail-oriented, highly analytical, and action-driven, with the ability to influence business decisions through financial insights.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain3-statement financial models, with a strong understanding of how they flow togetherDevelop financial models from scratch, includingROI analysis and scenario modelingPreparemonthly and quarterly financial review decks, clearly explaining business performance using financial storytelling and waterfall analysesPartner with leadership to identify opportunities to improverevenue, margins, and overall P&L performanceSupportPE-related reporting and ad-hoc analysesHelp establish and improveFP&A best-practice processesin an evolving environmentRequired Experience & Skills5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within aFortune 500environmentExperience inmid-sized companiesis a strong plusStrong understanding of3-statement financial modelingAdvancedExcel skills(heavy modeling role; keyboard-driven workflows preferred)Experience creatingexecutive-level PowerPoint presentationswith clear financial narratives (Experience withIBM Cognos / TM1is a plus,Tableau experienceis a plus, butPrivate Equity experience is highly preferred)Create and maintain dashboards, clean and validate data, and build data models across multiple data sources.
