Should have worked with the team size of above 5 Infra, technically guided, managed and governed the team. Willing to provide 24x7 support, flexible to work in the shiftsPrimary skills:Expertise in On-prem/Public cloud Infra assessments using Azure MigrateDriving the cloud Solutioning Azure activities for large complex migrationEnsure that the proposed solution covers Azure strategy, stakeholder management as well as the actual solution covering Business, Application and Infrastructure as well as commercial aspects (in terms of value for money and not commercial costing etc.)Working experience with various industry domains like banking, healthcare, InsuranceUnderstanding customer Infra landscape. Design and build Azure Landing Zone activitiesClear understanding of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI (Return on Investment).Provide the Azure target architecture and its BoM pricing and licensing related detailsAzure Target Solutions architect Diagram (all Azure services) including HLD & LLDMigrating on premise workloads to Azure using Azure MigrateTroubleshooting experience with Azure & Windows environments (Processor, networking, clusters, IO, memory etc. related issues)Define & realize end-to-end solution architecture addressing business processes, specifications in a domain regulations in a domain, quality attributes of a system and economy of solutionStrong knowledge on Windows File and Print Services and toubleshooting skills with cluster related issuesHands on experience in Server consolidations, with Windows ClusteringStrong in administration of DNS, WINS, DHCP Servers.Strong knowledge in Upgrading / migrating Windows Servers to later versionsStrong Knowledge with Backup and restoration of ServersHands on experience in restoring OS and Data files from backupHands on experience in configuring and managing DFSSecondary Skills:Design infrastructure solutionsDesign business continuity/DR solutionsDesign identity, governance, and monitoring solutions (at least minimum exposure)Work with Internal stakeholders, Customer stakeholders and Project Managers to understand the migration requirements and provide solutions accordinglyEnsure no technical risk turns out to be an issue by adopting a rigorous risk mitigation planActive participation in Post Project Harvest capturing key lessons and providing inputs to improveCertifications (Good to have)AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure SolutionsAZ-104: Microsoft Azure AdministratorSoft Skills:Good customer connects.
