Cloud Infrastructure EngineerContract: PJDuration: Open-endedWe are seeking a motivatedDevOps Engineerto support cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern cloud-native technologies while contributing to reliable, scalable systems across multi-cloud platforms.This is acontract position, open toremote candidates located in North or South America, and will report to aSenior Manager of DevOps Engineering.What You'll DoParticipate in a regularon-call rotation, responding to incidents reliably and professionallyMaintain and evolveAWS cloud infrastructure, leveraging automation and infrastructure-as-codeAutomate infrastructure provisioning usingTerraformBuild, maintain, and improveCI/CD pipelines, enabling agile and self-service software deliveryManage and supportcontainerized applicationsrunning on KubernetesCollaborate closely with Software Engineers and other DevOps team members to solve complex technical problemsQuickly absorb technical context while ramping up in a dynamic environmentContribute to best practices that enhance system reliability, scalability, and performanceMinimum Qualifications4–6 years of experiencein DevOps, SRE, or a related roleHands-on experience withcloud platformssuch as AWS and/or GCPExperience withrelational databases(Postgres, MySQL, or similar)Working knowledge ofKubernetesExperience withGitOps / CI/CD tools(e.g., Harness, Argo, Flux, Jenkins)Familiarity withInfrastructure as Codetools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)Exposure tologging, monitoring, and observability toolssuch as:DatadogPrometheusGrafanaELK StackCloudWatchAbility to collaborate effectively with engineers working primarily inPacific Time (PST)Nice to HaveExperience developing automation or tooling using languages beyond shell scripting (e.g.,Go, Python, Java, Elixir)Experience building or supportingplatform toolingfor development, staging, or integration environmentsStrong skills debuggingperformance or networking issuesin Kubernetes-based applicationsFamiliarity withaudit and compliance frameworks(SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS)Working knowledge ofUNIX/Linux operating systemsBachelor's degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or a related field
