Position: JIRA Support Support the next generation of healthcare and factory automation applications and services powered by AI and excellent experiences. Join a team of experienced startup developers building out highly scalable service architectures to radically change the status quo in healthcare and factory automation. Desirable experience: Interest in support and QA roles Deep understanding of JIRA Understanding of JIRA API's and ability to use them Understanding of JIRA performance and tuning Can-do attitude, ready to pitch-in to improve overall processes Desirable subject matter expertise:  Jira, ITSM, and process workflow. Minimum Applicant Requirements: Excellent command of English, written and spoken Ability to work independently and as a team member Self-starting, well-organized, and enthusiastic work style At least 2+ years of working experience in relevant technologies Additional requirements: This position requires a background check of your work and life experience by a 3rd party.
