It starts with YOU.In this role, you will:Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the customer data ecosystem teamsRemove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices.Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements.Facilitate the integration of compliance requirements into the agile development process.Lead efforts to align Scrum practices with the organization's digital marketing strategy and goals.Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies, applying relevant advancements to improve team performance.Ensure that the team's work is aligned with business objectives, delivering value to the organization.Provide training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization.Lead efforts to resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.Drive Change Management through coaching the team and support them on the Transformation journey by establishing clear processes and challenging them on shifting mindsetOversee the integration and use of Azure Dev Ops tools within project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.Drive the adoption of Azure DevOps features among the team, ensuring they are leveraged to enhance project transparency and delivery efficiency
