Their Juiz de Fora plant in Brazil manufactures essential medical devices including needles, syringes, and vacutainer tubes, serving healthcare professionals and patients worldwide. They are committed to operational excellence, innovation, and creating a safe and empowering work environment.About the RoleAs Associate Plant Director, you will lead the Juiz de Fora manufacturing site, driving performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Reporting to the Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain, you will develop and execute site strategies, foster a culture of safety and quality, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership to manage the plant leadership team, oversee financial and operational performance, and collaborate globally to meet capacity and product launch objectives. You will represent the plant locally, maintain its positive image, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement site strategies aligned with business objectives.Drive safety culture and continuous improvement systems.Lead people development and succession planning.Ensure compliance with regulatory and EHS standards.Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational targets.Represent the plant in legal, tax, and community matters.Collaborate with global supply chain teams on capacity and inventory management.Ensure product quality and lead a culture of excellence.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering.2–3 years of experience managing an entire manufacturing plant (mandatory).Fluent in English.Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical, or similar industries (preferred).Strong knowledge of Toyota Production System (mandatory).Take the Next StepThis is an exceptional opportunity to lead a critical manufacturing site for a global healthcare leader.
