Gerente Pré-vendas - SAP e Fábrica de Software- Híbrido - CENU-SPNa SONDA, conectamos tecnologia e inovação para impulsionar a transformação digital de nossos clientes. Buscamos um Gerente de Pré-Vendas para liderar nossos times de SAP e Fábrica de Software, garantindo excelência técnica e estratégica na construção de soluções personalizadas e competitivas.Responsabilidades:Gerenciar e desenvolver o time de pré-vendas das áreas de SAP e Digital Software Factory, promovendo alta performance e colaboração.Atuar como ponte entre as áreas técnicas e comerciais, assegurando que as soluções estejam totalmente alinhadas às demandas e desafios dos clientes.Participar da construção de propostas comerciais, RFPs, apresentações e reuniões com clientes, representando tecnicamente as ofertas da companhia.Definir, monitorar e analisar KPIs da área de pré-vendas, promovendo melhoria contínua dos processos e da qualidade das entregas.Colaborar com áreas internas como Delivery, Marketing, Produtos e Comercial, garantindo sinergia e consistência nas ofertas apresentadas.Apoiar o time comercial na identificação de oportunidades e na definição de estratégias de abordagem ao mercado.Garantir o uso de metodologias e ferramentas de pré-vendas modernas e eficazes, alinhadas às melhores práticas do setor.Requisitos:Experiência Gestão de equipes em pré-vendas, nas áreas de SAP e desenvolvimento de software (Digital Software Factory).Vivência em gestão de equipes multidisciplinares e atuação direta com áreas técnicas e comerciais.Sólida capacidade de comunicação, influência e negociação.Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e uso de ferramentas de CRMDiferenciais:Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Comercial, Projetos ou Tecnologia.Certificações SAP ou em arquitetura de software.Inglês e/ou espanhol intermediário a avançadoO que você pode esperar de nós:Um ambiente que valoriza o equilíbrio entre vida profissional e pessoal;Oportunidades de desenvolvimento contínuo, alinhadas aos seus interesses e metas de carreira;Uma cultura organizacional baseada em diversidade, inclusão, colaboração e inovação.O que oferecemos:SONDA Academy: plataforma robusta de aprendizado para acelerar seu crescimento;SONDA Wellness: programa dedicado ao bem-estar físico, mental e social;Eventos, treinamentos e benefícios que enriquecem sua jornada profissional.Diversidade e InclusãoNa SONDA, o respeito e a igualdade são fundamentais.
